Bart Aarts takes you into the world of the backmount, with an in-depth seminar that will cover all the details. All parts will be covered, from back takes and control to escapes, and of course submissions!

About Bart

Bart is the founder and owner of gym MATS Breda and one of the head instructors  of European Grappling & Jiu Jitsu Federation (EGJJF). He is head of education and coordinator of the children's program within the EGJJF. He is an  international recognized teacher, he holds black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Japanese Jiu Jitsu and Doce Pares Eskrima.  In October of 2023, he hosted a seminar at the  Roy Dean academy in the United States.
